Please find below our current available shared transfer options. There will be more added as and when we get requests and availability.
If you do not see a transfer that suits your travel plans, please contact us and we will help you find a solution.
Please note “times” shown above are when the transfer departs from the airport and when the transfer arrives at the airport.
Please be at the designated pickup zone at least 10 minutes before your departure time to avoid delaying fellow passengers.
When booking a shuttle seat, please make sure that your arrival and departure flight/train times are correct so it does not cause a delay to other passengers.
Please provide the correct flight/train numbers, our drivers have everybody’s arrival details and our office will track these to anticipate any delays. However, if you know you are delayed, please contact the office to notify us at the earliest opportunity.
If you arrive the day before the shuttle, please enter your flight arrival date as the date of your transfer but set the arrival time to 00:00 and state in the comments that you will arrive the day before so our office and drivers have all information necessary.
Please allow at least 45 minutes between your flight arrival and your shuttle departure time to clear customs and collect luggage. In the unfortunate event that your flight be delayed or cancelled, we may not be able to wait. However, we will try our best to get you onto the next available transfer to resort wherever possible.
For departures to the airport, your pick up time from your accommodation is an approximation as it is dependent on weather and traffic conditions and other passengers travelling on the day. This is confirmed via email and SMS on the evening before travel so please be aware and look out for your most recent email from us, even whilst you’re on holiday!
